Victor (est dob 4/9/25) is a handsome tabby with cool black markings. He is very outgoing and enjoys all life has to offer. He plays with toys and his siblings all hours of the day. He loves to be petted and snuggled with. He gets along with the older resident cats but is not yet sure of the cat loving large resident dog. Victor is in a foster home with his siblings Pushkin and Surprise. He will need to be adopted with one of his siblings OR to a home with another cat to keep him company.
